Everything you need to know about our operations
1. The process
We engage with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your fundamental brand values, allowing us to meticulously tailor our design approach to align with your vision. Collaboration is crucial as we seek to understand your target market, including potential buyers and their lifestyles, while considering the site location to create a truly aspirational show home.
We request detailed drawings and plans to ensure that all elements we provide are accurately scaled. At this stage, we also discuss the project budget and timelines to ensure that we specify items that can be procured within your deadlines.
2. Design concept
Having chosen a specific designer to suit the style and personality of the show home we develop a full design scheme, comprising mood boards, furniture layout plan with comprehensive samples of furniture, lighting, upholstery, soft furnishings, artwork, mirrors, table lamps and accessories. You can touch and feel the fabrics and materials, which often include items of bespoke cabinetry.
Final Design
From our discussions during the design concept meeting, we then fine tune the scheme making any necessary alterations to ensure it fulfils the brief and your expectations. We will then present the refined design concept to you.
3. Acceptance
Upon written acceptance your project will be allocated to the Project Manager who will manage the process through to installation. The Project Manager will ensure all stages are processed and that everything is available for the install. They liaise with the Site Manager and provide a seamless service, which includes ensuring delivery of wallcoverings and lighting are on site in time for your decorator and electrician.
Your Account Manager will give you regular updates as the show home process moves along progressing towards the deadline. We do offer a decorating and electrical installation service if required.
4. Installation
Our highly experienced installation team will expertly execute the fitting of your show home. All of our team have CSCS Health and Safety qualifications. We understand that occasionally the build programme may slip but the Launch date doesn’t! We work with you, and we understand how important this is.
